Terms of Use
Effective September 24, 2026 · Updated October 8, 2026
Agreement and account
These Terms govern VEC Academy at vecacademy.com, operated by Veteran EMS Consulting LLC. Use an accurate individual account, keep credentials private, and report suspected misuse. Agree only if you can legally enter this agreement. AcuityForge and Academy accounts are separate.
Education and course credit
Academy provides education, not medical advice, emergency response, medical direction, certification, or authority to practice. Follow current local protocols, authorized scope, and medical direction in real care. Learning outcomes, examination success, license renewal, and employment are not guaranteed.
Check the individual course page for approval authority, number, approved hours, dates, and eligible levels. Pilot, reviewer, and pending-approval activities award 0 CE credit. A completion record does not itself establish regulatory approval. NREMT does not endorse this service. Confirm acceptance with your licensing or certifying body before relying on a course.
Course participation and records
Personally complete required instruction, knowledge checks, assessment, evaluation, and attestation. Do not share answers, bypass attendance controls, or submit another person's work. Course-specific completion rules apply. We retain required course records for at least five years; account closure does not erase them. Review the Privacy Policy for information use and requests.
Materials and acceptable use
VEC and its licensors retain rights in course materials. You may use them for your own authorized learning. Do not redistribute protected content or restricted assessment banks, interfere with security, or upload material you lack permission to share. Use fictional cases and do not submit patient identifiers or confidential records.
Availability and support
Courses may be corrected or updated as evidence, approvals, or technical needs change. We aim to preserve required completion records. Report inaccurate instruction, accessibility barriers, account concerns, or a dispute to andrew@veteranemsconsulting.com. Statutory rights are not waived by these Terms.
